Ive been looking for a traditional mixer shower for a quite a while now but only seemed to find one that was stupidly expensive and I was starting to give up and then I found Plumbworld and finally I found what I was looking for and it came at a sensible price and looked absolutely gorgeous, it is totally in keeping with the style of my old home and I was starting to think, whats the catch, so I looked at the reviews and apart from the odd negative it was apparently quality for money, ok Ill order one, it arrived quickly and well packaged, on arrival I opened the box and was pleasantly impressed, the mixer body was heavy with top quality chrome plating and the porcelain fittings were beautiful, anyway I dont want to go on but needless to say Im over the moon with the shower, the price, the service and the massive improvement of flow rate over my old electric shower, we love it

We have had this shower for nearly 2 years now and are very pleased with it. It arrived well packaged, in perfect condition and our bathroom fitter had no problems fitting it. We use it from a combi oil boiler and the pressure is excellent. The temperature control is so easy to use and so clear, much easier than the bar type of control.

What a difference, the flow rate on this thing is amazing, quality bit of kit, looks great and a very reasonable price, very happy with purchase and the customer service.

The shower mixer arrived well pack and in new condition. We have just hat it installed and we are more than happy with it. It is solid, works very well. and looks as good in my shower as on Plumbworld web site. We also saved on similar ones in other stores. Thanks.

I did my research. This type of shower (large drench head and 'handset' in exposed chrome) typically cost around £400 so I was a bit concerned about the quality. At this price I was expecting some of the 'chrome' to be plastic, eg the washers which cover the feed pipe holes. These are solid and reassuringly heavy, probably chromed brass (I didn't saw them in half to test!) as is the rest of the unit. There was some slight damage to the ceramic part of temperature control, but once I'd been directed towards the 'manage my order' section so I could get this properly logged Plumbworld were faultless at remedying the problem (to the extent that I'm writing a review of the product which I never do!)

Going from a shower that worked off old central heating to this one worked off a combo boiler Wowsers what a difference. We can’t stop having showers! The overhead shower absolutely soaks you and is powerful (good pressure from the combo boiler). I tried to do a cold shower which I could achieve in the old shower as it really was only a dribble - this one I lasted 10 seconds lol and there was so much more water. Best money ever spent!

The shower that I had originally wanted was no longer available and your sales person reccomended the Park Lane Thermostatic Mixer shower in its place. I am very pleased with this, it looks good, works as promised, was easy to install and was quite a lot cheaper. I would definitely refer people to Plumbworld based on this experience and would be a returning customer.

As soon as I unpacked the shower I was blown away by the quality and how gorgeous it looks in situ..I ordered this to replace one previously ordered from another supplier that never arrived so needed one quickly..Plumbworld delivered promptly,packaged well on time and even cheaper than my original one.Would highly recommend to anyone.

Just beautiful and makes the shower look very elegant. Arrived promptly, with no faults and our builder fitted it with no problem. Our ceiling is relatively low, but you can move both shower heads so even tall people can use the rain forest shower head. Would not hesitate to buy this product again or from Plumbworld!

We received this shower right on time and found it in good condition with clear detailed fitting instructions. It was quite simple to install (my first time). It is impressive and elegant, and looks like it’s more expensive than it actually was. I’m very happy with the shower so far and would recommend it to others.

This item was extremely well packed with cut out foam to keep the item protected. The weight of the item is substantial giving it the feel of something worth twice the value. Needed a new shower for the main bathroom and this traditional looking one was a perfect match for the rest of the bathroom. Delivery was quick and easy to install. Works really well with the head and separate shower. Absolutely delighted with this purchase which was excellent value.

The shower system is beautiful. Looks and feels expensive and at a cheaper cost of other websites we looked at. There was a slight crack in the shower handle which was quickly rectified we received the new one two days later they're fab on customer service cannot fault them!!

We purchased this in the hopes of getting a decent shower and it trumps that completely! The drencher head definitely drenches too. Note there is a safety button to prevent the temperature getting too hot which we were not aware of initially. Would definitely recommend.

Efficient service, solid and quality build shower. Martelle in the call center was brilliant. A tiny porcelain indicater had been cracked in delivery. Martelle identified the part and had it in my hands in 48hrs. Great service, would highly recommend.

The shower looks good but it does have a couple of issues. The top bracket is a little wobbly so may need extra support further along the sheet head. Shower head is good, but we may need to change it for our personal preference as the flow is too much as it tends to make the whole room wet. It is good quality and matches with the tap we bought

Bought this the only thing I dont like about it is the small shower head doesnt hook onto the bar bracket properly

Bought this to replace a failed unit with combined flow and temp controls. Easy enough fitting. Three days in and so far so good. Looks nice, smooth controls with a separate flow valve for head and hand sprays. Temp setting was bang on out of the box. Only warning would be check the height of your outlets. The riser is only 102 cm long and the head spray itself is quite deep. My 6ft 3 son has a clearance of about inches. On a new install this wouldn't be a problem. So far, very pleased.

This double head shower arrived well packed. No transit damage. It’s adjustable pipe centers made it possible to fit to my existing 140 mm pipe centers. Only one gripe and that’s the lower hand-held shower head valve handle won’t shut completely in a vertical position.

Fast service and delivery, had a slight issue with a stop valve, quickly replaced by plumbworld, no fuss, no waiting. They just sent a new one, thank you, would definitely recommend.

Overall the quality is good but the text on the thermostat adjuster looks a bit second rate. For the price though, very good.
