I was very sceptical when I saw the price and all I appeared to be getting was a small piece of rubber but I wish I hade installed the mat years ago as, to my surprise, it has fundementally reduced the noise being produced and you can now barely hear the pump which without it is incredibly noisy. I'd highly recommend, would have been 5 stars if it were a little cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for!
