Stand out service and price

The cost of this macerator was 60 (12%) cheaper than any other big name website, so the immediate conclusion is that Plumbworld must be some sort of fly by nights from which any purchase may or may not arrive and with zero customer service. A look at the many reviews however suggests otherwise, so I took the plunge and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Ordering was easy on their website, communication pre delivery was excellent and delivery itself was prompt and on time. The unit was well packaged and as described so Plumbworld is now a must use for any future plumbing purchase or project. A real find!

Just what I wanted

I've had one of these macerators in a bathroom, which has a walk in shower, wash basin and toilet all going into the unit, for the last 12 years. It has worked faultlessly for 11 but in the last year it has stopped working for no reason about 6 to 8 times. Each trime the toilet fills up so I have to empty the water out, remove the toilet and clear the blades. Then I turn it on and it works again. I looked around for the best price and Plumbworld was the best and with free delivery so I ordered one and it arrived within 2 days.

Replacement macerator

This was a replacement for our old Saniflo Sanislim which was about 11-12 years old and getting a bit noisy. So, whilst decorating the en-suite, it seemed like a good to replace it. After searching online, Plumbworld seemed to offering the best price, so I purchased a new Sanislim, which I have to say fitted in perfectly and is much quieter than its predecessor. I am very happy with my purchase and coupled with the excellent and rapid delivery service I am well pleased. Thank you.

Replacement saniflo sanislim

My sanislim unit had failed, it was over 10 years old, the plumber that came out cleaned it out but even though the blade was free, after putting it back the unit still would not work. I looked on line for a replacement and found Plumbworld to be the best price other than a pre used one, I ordered it and it arrived a couple of days later, I fitted it my self with no problems and it is now up and running fine. Saved myself £500+ that the plumber wanted for fitting.

Chop n pump slimline maceration

My trusted Saniflo engineer advised we needed a new unit after the old one conked our after about 10 years Service. Apparently Saniflo had redesigned the standard unit so it was a few millimetres bigger in places and so would not fit the bespoke housing we have. So we needed to get the new slimline model. So far so good but check back in 10 years time. Saniflo why tinker with the size? Crazy

Ground floor cloakroom

I have had a Sanislim fitted recently to service a small vanity basin and a toilet in a closet on the ground floor. I am about to have a knee operation and stairs to the first floor bathroom could present a hazard throughout the day. The Sanislim works perfectly with little noise. Better for visitors also. I wish I had done this sooner.

Sanislim macerater pump

Our saniflo in our ensuite stopped working properly after 17 years so ordered one from plumbworld as it was very competively price. we are pensioners and are not made of money. It came very quickly and I fitted it yesterday and is working fine.. Many thanks to Plumbworld for the good service. Alan

Sanislim review

It is a sanislim by Saniflo so let's not get too excited, but it has replaced a 14 year old saniflo, and it is brilliant, it sits quietly in the wall and is barely audible in comparison to the old one. They are not cheap so I had some reservations, but not any more. worth every penny.

Excellent product. Last one lasted 10 years. Only had one problem when pump jammed, not the pumps fault!. Pump packed altogether this time so bought a new complete unit . Very happy with my purchase. Best price on the market. Delivery very fast. Would highly reccomend Plumworld.

Neat & Convenient

A great peice of kit neatly tucks behind wc and a great deal quieter than previously used models . Simple to connect to with shower/ bath wc and basin . The pump clears very quickly ideal during night time use with no prolonged pumping to disturb others

Sani flo

Had to buy a sani slim as this was too big for our toilet however really pleased with Saniflo generally and plumb world. Orders have come on time and packaged well with no issues and my return has been swift and pain free!

This was a replacement for the original fitted 15 years ago. Plumbworld were the only retailer with this in stock, and it was the cheapest of all the online retailers, so definitely will be using Plumbworld again.

An good product although ugh previous experience with two identical macerators tells me that they do not have long lives. This makes it essential not to have to pay the high prices demanded by other suppliers.

A well packaged good quality macerator that was straight forward to install. It comes with all the necessary parts to configure to your plumbing setup. First class piece of kit.
