Great After Sales
Plumbworld dispatched my order promptly and it was delivered when promised. The shower unit is relatively easy to fit and there is a fantastic online tutorial which goes through the installation step-by-step. I had problems with the hot water supply from my combi boiler and plumbworld put me in touch with Triton who arranged for one of their engineers to visit. He checked and double checked the shower mixer, temperature delivery and hot water flow rate (and my workmanship - I am not a plumber). He confirmed that the problem was not with the shower unit but with the combi boiler, which has now been rectified by my usual boiler service engineer. Great after sales assistance from plumbworld and Triton.

I bought this to replace the previous shower which had a problem with the thermostatic controls only to discover when installed some years ago there was no mounting plates. With everything included in the box I was able to swap the unit and now it's even better than before. The fact the the shower doesn't get hot to the touch is a simple but great idea.
Super Shower
Purchased to replace a Bristan shower which was leaking & unable to get spares, but glad because this Triton is so much better. The build quality is superior. We have low water pressure but this is not a problem for the Triton. The bar stays cool as stated & I feel this is a great safety feature. Very pleased with my purchase.

The item was delivered swiftly and on schedule. I am happy with the mixer, although ugh the knobs seem to turn the opposite for me, but it's probably because I am used to the rotation of my previous mixer. I have had this installed for four weeks and so far so good.

Bought it to replace similar shower which developed a leak Good shower and easy to fit only gave it 4stars as replacement parts were no longer available for old shower or this one

Exactly what we wanted
We needed a Triton shower to replace one that was not working properly anymore. This was pretty much like for like and it meant that we didn’t have drill new holes except for the very top. It works like a dream and it’s brilliant to have a working shower again!

Shower joy!
Fabulous shower! Great to be able to stand and have a deluge of water pouring over my head or choose to use the more traditional shower head when I prefer not to get my hair too wet. Really good volume of water for those who love a decent shower.

Triton Dene
Bought this to replace the Triton Dove shower so that there would be minimal damage to tiles. Fitted exacltly as required. This shower is much better than the Dove. More power , control and looks better. Hoping it will last longer.
Solid, good quality, and nice to use
Purchased to replace old fittings. Easy to fit (I’m not a plumber) - needed a couple of attempts with PTFE to make sure it didn’t leak, but that was fine. Quality feel to it when using.
