Mira Element Thermostatic Exposed Mixer Shower - Chrome 1.1910.001

This is a really good quality shower - from what I know about them, Mira are a reliable brand and although ugh this is the first thermostatic shower I have bought, it seemed to have really good reviews and was also recommended by my gas man! I am really happy with the build, quality, performance and fitting instructions. No complaints as yet anyway! Anyone looking for a good quality thermostatic shower, by a reputable brand in a mid range price bracket Im sure would be pleased with this one. I am also very happy with the service and after-sales contact from Plumbworld - I would highly recommend their products and service.

Product arrived earlier than we expected and in perfect condition. Great value for money, looks fantastic in the bathroom and is easy to use. Also nicely compact, which is good for our small bathroom. Cant comment on durability as yet, as we have only had the product three weeks, but can comment that it makes you want to have a shower every day, even if you are in a hurry. My husband had a new experience on a work event, of using a hotel shower that was distinctly less powerful than the one we now have at home.

This item was ordered and delivered within 24 hours!!! The service from Plumbworld has been excellent. The item is now installed (professionally) and according to the installer was quite straightforward. We are very pleased with the result as we had a Mira shower in place before but the flow was not good enough. This one has been linked to a seperate pump and so far so good. Excellent shower. Really pleased with the quality of the Mira shower. It looks slick and a high quality product that is a long term investment in a market flooded with low quality brands. Pleased that plumb world had the lowest price across the market and their service abs delivery was excellent. Added bonus is the fact Mira is a UK brand and parts are readily available so hopefully this shower will last a lifetime!

Having our bathroom re-juvinated and decided on this Mira shower after doing extensive research. Very good price on PlumbWorld, and after looking at several reviews decided to buy from here. This has got to be the Easiest shower to install & adjust, It is so powerful & plenty of water flow to cut down showering time,making it Economical on Gas usage . our existing Mira Element shower, over 9 years old gave up the ghost. but having provided over 7000 shower .... no worries. the cost of a replacement thermostat cartridge was said to be 160 fitted by Mira... the modern equivalent for the whole shower including shower head as provided by Plumbworld was more effective. great product and fantastic service and price from Plumbworld

Super shower easy to install. Bought as a replacement for old Myra88, water fittings exact replacement fit OK but back plate holes different centres so need to redrill for firm fixing of mixer valve, rest of install fairly straight forward, needed pressure reducer as supplied for suitable flow rate with combi boiler system. overall very good shower.

A great shower at a great price. Running off an existing pump and fitted over the bath this has given us the equivalent of a second power shower at a fraction of the cost. The item arrived quickly and was exactly what we ordered. So nice to deal with a company that does exactly what it promises to do - thank you plumb world!

Now installed in new ensuite bathroom. The valve works to the usual high Mira standards, the shower head's range of 4 setting offer good variety, and the unit has clean lines that work well in our [relatively] minimalist ensuite. The shower arrived very quickly from Plumbworld and was easily the best price we could find.

Purchased as replacement. Came promptly and in good order. Appeared good value and from trusted name. Plumber fitted without issues into existing pipework. No issues in first two weeks and not expected as already use same shower in another bathroom (for 3 years). In summary, no issues, good value and well pleased.

This Is by far the best shower I have ever owned. Had it installed 3 days ago and just love it. It has everything. Looks good very good quality not to expensive and 4 shower settings. Would recommend it to everyone who is considering purchasing a new shower and not wanting to spend a ridiculous some of money.

We bought this shower 7 years ago. The temperature gauge is not as accurate as it was but we are so happy with the shower its self and its reliability and build we are going to buy another one for our bathroom re-vamp. My husband still thinks it's a 'power' shower because the 'massage' setting is so good.

Good quality supplied quickly and at the cheapest price. Just be careful when ordering as there is an option which looks very cheap from other websites but contains the valve only but this is far from obvious at first glance. when I purchased, plumbworld were cheapest I could find for complete shower.

Excellent value for money. I purchased this item for a little over two hundred pounds. I found it easy to install and was delighted to with the final result. I use it daily and I am impressed wit the safety device which ensures that there is no chance that I could inadvertently scaled myself.

Have had Mira Exel installed in bathroom and shower room. When we decided to have a complete make over of the bathroom we chose Mira, not the Exel but the Elements. It is yet to be installed but I am sure that Mira quality will shine through. By the way Plumbworld service was great.

We've had this shower installed for a week or so now and it is brilliant, it's added the perfect finishing touch to our bathroom, it looks great, works brilliantly and I'd heartily recommend trying it out (not at our house though, I'm afraid you'll have to buy your own).

This is a lovely shower. Good stable flow of water and easy to adjust the temperature. On top of that it looks good too. My wife had not used our previous shower in over 8 years. This one she has already used half a dozen times in less than 2 week is. Enough said.

I thought this block of metal a bit expensive at first (although Plumworld is about the cheapest for this particular item). I was incredibly impressed however but the solid feel of the product. The mixing is fabulous also. Its like a power shower but better.

Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Neat and compact. Wanted similar, had Mira 419 for the last 22 years. Still going with a new cartridge once which I fitted myself. Replacement only due to refurbishment. Yet to put this one in and see how well it works

I pondered over several shower units and it was a plumber who recommended this one as he fits many of these. It was the best advice any plumber gave me. I fit this myself using the wall monuted option with rising pipes. It only took me a couple of hours.

Bought this product two weeks ago but only fitted yesterday ( Plumber on Holiday ). Had my first shower this morning after gym and what a pleasure it was. Previously had the old Mira 88 and replaced it with the Mira Element. Very pleased with the product.

This is an excelent product. It has perfect control of the flow from the shower head and one particular advantage is the ability to alter the type of spray you prefer. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to any potential customer.

Looks beautiful and fitted into the existing fittings of my old Mira shower. Since I have gone over to a combi boiler I needed a thermostatically controlled shower and this is perfect. Fabulous value for money.

Following quite significant reserch into the purchase of 2 showers - this model came out on top for what we needed. The price and delivery plumb was very competative and i can highly recommend them.

This was purchased to replace a 35year old Mira unit which leaked a bit.The new unit fitted to the old pipe work so no tiles required and the pressure even with the new rubber nozzles head is good.

Completely solved flow problems with low water pressure. Previous make fitted claimed to work off low pressure systems but vey disappointing so changed to the Mira. Single control so easy to use.

I read the spec for this shower and bought it on the basis that it would give a better shower. Wow! Excellent. The design allows loads of water through. A lot better than the shower it replaced.

Always my Go To shower for a Combi boiler or pumped system, easy to fit and a doddle to first fix without the need for any adjustable swivel joints in the walls which always tend to leak!
